All-Ukrainian non-governmental organization “Committee of voters of Ukraine” monitors election process in Ukraine since 1994. The monitoring covers all types of elections – presidential, parliamentary, local elections and referenda. The monitoring includes both long-term observation at all stages of the election process and E-Day monitoring over voting, vote tabulation and establishment of election results.
