A regular IX meeting of Congress of an all-Ukrainian civic organisation "Committee of voters of Ukraine" took place in Kyiv on November 1st 2013.

75 delegates from all regions of Ukraine took part in the Congress meeting. The delegates listened to report on CVU activities in years 2009-2013 presented by Chairman of CVU Board Oleksandr Chernenko and report of Control and revision commission.

Besides, the delegates discussed and adopted a number of changes to the CVU Charter and adopted Strategy of CVU activities for 2014-2015.

New governing bodies of the organisation have been elected in accordance with the changes to the Charter. The newly-elected CVU Board includes:

Olexiy Lychkovach – Director for business development at CIS and Baltic coutries, «Scytl Innovating Democracy» http://www.scytl.com

Bogdan Maslych – Executive director at civic organisation «Gurt» http://www.gurt.org.ua.

Iryna Tytova — Chief editor of weekly newspaper “Subota”

Oleksiy Koshel was elected as Chairman of the Board, Yuriy Nikolov — as Deputy Chairman.

CVU Supervisory Board included Iryna Bekeshkina, Oleksandr Chekmyshev, Yuriy Anufriev, Andriy Krisko and Volodymyr Feofilov.

The Congres has also appointed members of the CVU Ethics Committee. The Ethics Committee includes a Chairperson Oksana Kuzenko and also Andriy Myslynsky and Vyacheslav Svirets.

Members of the CVU Board have appointed Oleksandr Chernenko as CVU Director General.
